I will keep you fully informed through every step along the way toward you selling and/or buying your property. I will help you stage your property for marketing or negotiate the best price on your behalf. I enjoy biking, playing with his dogs & traveling the country. I also likes to get out in nature in the form of adventure, camping, hunting & scuba diving when he can find the time. I was born and raised in Bismarck, graduating from Century High School, before moving on to college at NDSU. I graduated in 1998 and moved to Southern California to work for a major landscape architectural firm, attaining licensure as a Landscape Architect. Working as a Senior Project Manager with architects, engineers, developers & designers I came to realize that Real Estate is my true passion. I moved back home to be closer to family & friends and became a licensed Landscape Architect in North Dakota as well. I, along with my wife Lila Teunissen who is full-time in the North Dakota National Guard, own and manage several personal investment properties, adding another aspect to my Real Estate portfolio.
